Solicitation W9124D22Q0280 is for weekly delivery of 350 pounds dry ice pellets for the Ireland Army Health Clinic at Fort Knox, KY, in accordance with the included Statement of Work.This requirement supports U.S. Medical Command, Fort Knox, KY. Delivery of dry ice shall be completed weekly for 52 weeks for the base year with four (4) option years. First delivery will be required within one (1) week of contract award. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
