The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.14, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Procurement Program, to Strategic Alliances Group, Inc., Havre De Grace, MD, to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command. The delivery date is 29 January 2021 and two option periods with delivery dates of 29 March 2021 and 29 May 2021. The anticipated award date is 28 January 2021. Pending resolution of GAO Protest B-419540, this request is for All-In-One Customized Cloud Solution for the worldwide deployment of the Army Career Alumni Program (ACAP) virtual online transition solution. An all-inclusive technology platform including audio and video webinar capabilities, a customized front end registration system, full color 2D interfaces for each virtual experience, full interactive and collaboration features for participants, and organization branding as desired for client based operations. Enhanced security technology features. Interface is personal and unique to the individual client. All activities are recorded to improve customer interactions, feedback, and learning. The solution will provide wraparound 24/7 service with two senior system engineers dedicated to maintaining connectivity and continuity. This solicitation will not be available through beta.SAM.gov.
