CSPIA Support Services (Part of Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program). The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 1991 requires that pre-separation counseling and employment assistance training be provided to retiring and transitioning Soldiers and their Family members. These services are provided at 54 locations in the United States. The contract objective is to provide tailored, professional services that support each requirement of Army Regulation (AR) 600-81, and aid command and client understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, available services, and support resources available to them during transition. This bridge action is a follow-on to bridge contract W9124J-20-C-0012. The CSPIA services are a Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) on this contract. HRC is consolidating various pieces of the CSPIA services requirement into one OMNIBUS type contract. The follow-on contract award has yet to be made due to an extensive amount of additional time needed to obtain review and approval at the Department of the Army Level. The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.506, Women-Owned Small Business Program Sole Source Awards, to Indtai, Inc., Vienna, VA, for CSPIA to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a period of performance of 28 January 2021 – 3 April 2021 and one option period of 4 April 2021 – 3 July 2021. The anticipated award date is 27 January 2021. This solicitation will not be available through beta.SAM.gov.
