The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to post a solicitation for Medical Waiver Review Services for the US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), Fort Knox, Kentucky on the beta.SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov on our about May 28, 2021. The applicable NAICS code is 621111 and the size standard is $12,000,000. Requirements type contract to provide medical waiver services for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The contract will be issued for up to two doctors for a period of up to 210 days (per each doctor), during the base period of 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022, with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary. The medical waivers will be reviewed as needed when QUE backlog reflects 100+ cases pending review, The contractor shall provide one doctor until backlog is depleted. If the QUE reflects 500+ cases pending review, the contractor shall provide two doctors until backlog is depleted. The government intends to award a Firm-fixed Price (FFP) single award requirements type contract. The RFQ will be posted to the BetaSAM website at https://beta.sam.gov on or about June 1, 2021. This date is subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted to the BetaSAM website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
