USMEPCOM has a requirement to purchase Cisco network switches and Digital Network Architecture (DNA) Software licenses to life cycle replace 63 Cisco Catalyst 3750-X switches located at Headquarters USMEPCOM and 18 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS). Installation services are not part of this procurement, and the expected delivery is 30 days after receipt of task order award. These switches will connect devices (laptops, desktops, servers, etc.) on the network and will use packet switching to communicate (receive and forward data) to the destination devices. USMEPCOM is dependent upon the network infrastructure to efficiently route electronic data to perform its business and mission of processing applicants in the military.
