Request for Information Only: The government anticipates the requirement would include the ability to provide an automated commercial off the shelf behavioral survey that integrates job targets relative to specific human data in a web-based platform. The web-based platform would provide human resources specialists access to CSL candidates’ human data records. There is no requirement for a cognitive assessment in this requirement. Lastly, the requirement will include the capability to integrate and establish secure data sharing between host servers and US Army servers via a partner application programming interface (API).
