Amendement# 0001 is provided to answer Q&A and provide corrections to the Combined Synopsis, see attached Amendement titled IB08 Amendment 0001 w_SF30 and attachments W9124D22R0009 ESSC 25 Feb 2022. The requirement is to provide administrative support services required by Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) in the Office of the Adjutant General directorate (TAGD) and it subordinate agencies at Fort Knox, Kentucky. This work includes, but is not limited to, any function, which is necessary during the processing of educational benefits and programs beginning upon initial receipt or contact, research and review required regulations, records, and law; developing a recommendation on the disposition for government approval, preparing responses for signature, releasing disposition to required agencies or claimants, and other related services as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
