The solicitation number is W9124D-22-Q-0279 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2022-09-22 10:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be Fort Knox, KY 40122 The MICC Fort Knox requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Information Search Platform- is required to search all available background information for soldiers and civilians that will handle and manage varying levels of classified documents. The Information Search platform must be able to do the following: 1. The programming must have the ability to conduct an in-depth public records search on an individual, business, or other entity using whatever information the vendor has readily available. The resulting Comprehensive Report will include all available public records data associated with their search in an easy-to-read report format. Reports must be easily downloadable, easy to save, and download. 2. The requirement must include 24/7 customer support, technical support, at no cost. 3. The requirement must also include on-site virtual, telephonic consulting training and offerings at no additional cost. 4. The programming must also have an Advance Person Search- this search will allow a search with little data. This report must be able to be generated in quickly. The advanced search must include the following: a. Person alerts- automatic notifications sent when the data on an individual or business interest changes. b. Virtual Identity Report- the programming must be able to produce a report of all the public-facing social network pages where a subject’s email address was used to sign up. c. Mobile Access- utilize features from any mobile device. d. Asset/ Financial Information- Report on an individual’s financial asset, financial distress, and criminal activities. e. Telephone Searches- provide real time report on telephone information and activity. 5. The programming must also include Batch Services report capabilities- provide information on many individuals instantaneously, while producing reports that can also be printed, saved, and downloaded., 1, Job; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Knox intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Knox is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.
