The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, lodging facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide deliverables as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The deliverables are a master outline, scripts and storyboards for a 15 minute Military College video for formal presentations; a one minute Senior Military College video; a one minute Military Junior College video; a 30 second Military College video; a 15 second Military College video; and one 30 second college video for each 1st Brigade Military College (a total of 10 individual videos to be shot in conjunction with the Military College Video) for marketing purposes based on the scripts.
