This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9124D21Q6442 and amendment 0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with associated NAICS code of 722310 Food Service Contractors and small business size standard of $41.5 million. Contract Line Items (CLINs) are listed and described within the attached solicitation. The contractor shall provide boxed meals, as specified herein, for the Armed Forces applicants processing at the Knoxville Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The Knoxville MEPS is located at 710 Locust Street Suite# 600, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37922. The contractor shall provide services every Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and training days scheduled by the MEPS, as well as a maximum of 28 Saturdays annually, for a total estimated 264 days per year.
