This is a non-personal services contract to provide a maintenance service contract to ensure HQ US Army Cadet Command Access Control System operates properly. Objectives: To ensure uninterrupted access control system functionality, troubleshoot and repair system in a timely manner consistent with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Hardware Components of the System: Access Control Test & Inspect, Parts and Labor. TYCO SOFTWARE HOUSE SYSTEM. The contractor shall provide component replacement on the central processing unit, to include the reprogramming of system due to failure, replacement of circuit boards and components in the control panels, annunciator panels, transponders, printers, keyboard monitors and peripheral devices (motion sensors, access control readers, closed circuit televisions, cameras, monitors, audible/visible, door contract) associated with system. The contractor shall provide customized software support specific to the existing access control system at Cadet Command. This service shall include software and firmware updates as software updates or patches are released. The maintenance vendor updates the software on the system.
