This requirement will support Northside High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp, Fort Smith, AR. The NAICS is 812320 with a size standard of $6M. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting quotes to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. Questions to this solicitation are due by e-mail to Terry Phillips at terry.d.phillips6.civ@mail.mil on 18 August 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Fort Knox, KY, (Eastern Time) in order to allow a response prior to the quote due date. Answers will be posted to beta.SAM.gov. No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFQ can only be changed by formal written amendment issued by MICC- Fort Knox. Quotes are due by e-mail to Terry Phillips at terry.d.phillips6.civ@mail.mil on 3 September 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Fort Knox, KY, (Eastern Time) in accordance with Block 8 of the solicitation (SF 1449) or as amended by the latest issued amendment. Faxed or late quotes WILL NOT be accepted. Quotes shall be submitted on SF 1449. Prospective contractors are reminded to fill out all portions of the SF1449 to include the laundry table and CLIN pricing. If contractor does not intend to charge for a particular CLIN, they shall enter "$0.00" or "No Charge" in the pricing for that CLIN. Please note all dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments.
