The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform specified lodging, meals, and facility usage in accordance as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The JCLC will have two training cycles. First training cycle consists of 420 cadet and 75 cadre from 19 Jun 2019 to noon on 23 Jun 2019. The second training cycle consists of 212 cadets and 56 cadre from noon on 23 Jun 2019 to 27 Jun 2019.The contract shall provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth in the Performance Work Statement.
