Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Gulf Stream Council Boy Scouts of America to support the South Miami Senior High School, Miami, FL JCLC during the period of performance from 10 - 14 June 2019 with no option periods. The requirement is to provide meals, lodging, medical services, and transportation in and around encampment for 300 cadets and 50 cadre. Market research has demonstrated that Gulf Stream Council Boy Scouts of America is the only entity able to meet all lodging, meals, and facility requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
