The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to procure encampment services in support of the Elbert County High School JROTC from 28-31 May 2019. The NAICS code is 721214 (Recreational and Vacation Camps - Except Campgrounds) and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The RFQ will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 25 March 2019. This date is subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted to the FedBizOpps website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. All responsive and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system to be eligible for award of a contract. CCR is now obsolete. Offers shall ensure SAM registration is active and shall not assume that CCR information automatically migrated to the SAM system. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
