Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform licensing support services to the U.S. Army in the execution and management of the Army Trademark Licensing Program (ATLP). Services shall include the identification of prospective licensees for the Army, negotiation of new licensing agreements, amendments and renewals of those agreements as well as management of those accounts in support of the program. Existing licenses shall be maintained, as well as all supporting documents and generate new licensees authorized to market products bearing the Army's marks. The contractor shall have non-exclusive rights to represent the Army in identifying and negotiating with potential licensees for the use of one or more of the indicia, in connection with the licensing of various Army marks and to act as its non-exclusive agent to conduct certain promotions.
