This is a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ for OmniMetrix Cellular Generator Monitors and related generator monitoring services, with the contractor responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services required under the Performance Work Statement, excluding government-furnished property and services.
