This is a Preliminary announcement regarding a requirement to provide Engagement Skills Trainer II (EST II) Instructor/Operator Support Servicers for the Headquarters and Headquarter Battalion at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The intent of this requirement is to obtain services on a Firm Fixed Price contract for one (1) base year and two (2) option years, to provide EST II Instructor/Operator Support Servicers at Fort Jackson, SC. The offeror shall be responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance will begin 17 June 2025. The PWS will be included in the solicitation. The Government anticipates issuing the Request for Proposal (RFP) not later than 23 May 2025 under announcement number W9124C-25-R-A010. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and technical Services. This requirement falls under SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL: OTHER. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R499 Other Professional Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million. The offeror is responsible for reviewing SAM at https://sam.gov/content/home for notice of amendments, updates, and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
