The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform sample collection, laboratory analysis and result reporting (see ESTIMATED WORKLOAD listings) as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Required documents consists of the following: Letter of Acknowledgment of Solicitation, Executive Summary/Assumptions, Signed SF 1449 (Issue Date 27 Aug 2024) and Amendment 0002, Completed Representation and Certifications, Contact Information, Technical Capability, Pricing Schedule (Section B - SF 1449), CLIN Totals - Unit Total & Max Amount (Item No 0001- 4001), Fully Completed Price Technical Exhibit (TE) Workload Data (excel), and Past Performance.
