The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair on the installation, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall provide a Special Inspector Elevator who is listed on the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Website at http://www.llr.sc.gov/elevators/. The Special Inspector Elevator (SIE) shall be a disinterested individual who is not employed by the contractor. All inspections, maintenance, and repairs shall in compliance with the most current American National Standard Institute (ANSI), and American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME) standards for elevators.
