The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure support services for the creation of the Chaplain Professional Integration Course (CPIC) for the US Army Religious Leadershp Graduate School on Fort Jackson, SC. Services include providing the Chaplain Graduate School five (5) Lessons consisting of 2 hours of instruction (e.g. including videos/multimedia, and readings with built in reflections. ?Fully asynchronous with a detailed lesson plan following the Experiential Learning Model (ELM). ?1 hour of assignment work (e.g. essays, discussion boards, quizzes, case studies, etc. A rubric for assignments/assessment and Facilitator guide (i.e. answers for assignments/assessments). Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W9124C-22-R-0026 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 29 September 2022 – 28 September 2025, resulting in a twelve (12) month base year, and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611710, Education Support Services with a size standard of $21M. The government anticipates this procurement will be procured as a total set-aside for small business. The Government anticipates the RFP being available electronically at SAM.GOV on or about 14 September 2022. A copy of the draft performance work statement is attached to this pre-soliciation notice. Proposals are anticipated to be due on or around 21 September 2022.
