The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, general and specialized equipment and clothing required to perform all work in connection with maintenance services on equipment. Maintenance services will be performed on existing cameras and new NVR and remote client PC. All security system components specific to the security cameras and talk-a-phone hardware operations will be repaired with costs covered under the service contract. There will be scheduled preventative maintenance checks annual or semi-annual. Software will be supported and upgraded as upgrades become available during period of the contract.
