The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial non-personal service for Chaplin School Museum Gallery Graphic Upgrade located on Fort Jackson. The removal of all the existing graphics and installation of new graphics all in accordance with the PWS. The Period of Performance is 260 days for installation and removal. The Government anticipates a firm fixed-price contract to be awarded from this combined synopsis/solicitation. The PWS will be included as an attachment to the solicitation. The requirement is solicited as Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541430- Graphic Design Services. This requirement falls under the Photo, Mapping & Printing. The Product Service Code (PSC) T001, Arts/Graphics Services. The small Business Size Standard is 8.0 million. The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov for notice of amendments, updates, and or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
