This is the OFFICIAL announcement regarding a requirement to provide the 81st RD with Protective Clothing and Laundering Services W9124C-21-R-0022. The intent of this requirement is to obtain services for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, to provide all management, labor, materials to provide rental protective clothing to 81st Readiness Division government personnel ONLY. This includes eleven (11) complete sets of rented protective clothing and two (2) rented jackets for each employee and repairs/replacements to worn or damaged protective clothing components. Laundering services for all rental protective clothing include pickup of soiled rented protective clothing and drop off, of clean serviceable protective clothing on a weekly basis at all Shop locations IAW the PWS. Pickup and delivery services include loading, unloading, segregating, transporting, counting, and obtaining necessary documentation for items picked up or delivered. The offeror shall be responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance will begin July 2021. The PWS will be included as an attachment to the solicitation. The requirement is solicited as 100% Women-owned Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 812332 – Industrial Launderers. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 8415 Clothing, Special Purpose. The Small Business Size Standard is $41,500,000.00 Million. The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates, and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
