This is a Formal Announcement regarding a requirement to provide Post-wide Flooring Services for IMCOM, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The intent of this requirement is to obtain services for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, to provide Post Wide Flooring including removal of old flooring product and replace with new, dispose of all debris and garbage off of the installation, dispose of any Asbestos Containing Material at an authorized landfill. The Offeror shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, traffic control, general and specialized equipment and clothing required to perform all work in connection with the replacement of floor coverings (carpet or tile) in buildings on Fort Jackson, SC, as required. These services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and schedule of work as specified in the Performance of Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance will begin 1 February 2021. The PWS will be included in the solicitation. The requirement will be solicited as an 8a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 238330 – Flooring Contractors. This requirement falls under the facility related services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2JZ. The Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Our office will post the solicitation to the Government-wide Point of Entry. The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates, and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
