This is the OFFICIAL announcement regarding a requirement to provide Post-wide Pest Control Management Support Services for IMCOM, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The intent of this requirement is to obtain services for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, to provide Pest Control Management Support Services including all aspects of, but not limited to Pest Management Service includes pest surveillance, pest identification, breeding site removal, pesticide applications, and other required actions to control pests in and around buildings and facilities. The offeror shall be responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance will begin December 2020. The PWS will be included as an attachment to the solicitation. The requirement is solicited as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 561710 – Exterminating and Pest Control Services. This requirement falls under the facility related services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S207 Housekeeping-Insect Rodent Control. The Small Business Size Standard is $12 Million. The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates, and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
