To provide off post facilities and classes to complete the Basic Combat Training Leader Resiliency Program (BCT LRP), a program which is designed to enhance the professional, spiritual, and personal wellness of Fort Jackson Company Commanders and First Sergeants and their Families. It is meant to give them the tools to be successful during their time on Fort Jackson and to be a time of rest, reflection, and growth during mid tour on the trail. The Army Training Center and Fort Jackson the capability to conduct resiliency training for the Company Commanders and First Sergeants and their Families during their 11 to 14 months as Company Commanders or First Sergeants.
