This is the "OFFICIAL" announcement regarding a requirement to provide Base Operations Support Services for the 81st Readiness Division (RD), Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The intent of this requirement is to obtain services for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, to provide Base Operations Support Services including all aspects of, but not limited to Operations, Plans, Real Estate, Engineering and Environmental support throughout the 81st Area of Responsibility (AOR) to include Puerto Rico The offeror shall be responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract performance will begin 17 October 2020. The requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 561210 – Facilities Support Services. This requirement falls under the facility related services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S216 Housekeeping- Facilities Operations Support. The Small Business Size Standard is $41.5 Million. Our office will post the solicitation to the Government-wide Point of Entry. The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates, and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
