Also, rental of electrical equipment, such as mobile backup power generators, cranes, and other equipment necessary for continuity of operations of the Installation during contingencies. It does not include services provided under other contracts, such as: electrical utilities privatization (UP), utility energy service contract (UESC), energy savings performance contract (ESPC), min-JOC, JOC, MATOC, etc. For the services to be provided, the Contractor is in charge of obtaining all necessary permits for its operation. Contractor will also provide all necessary labor, materials, vehicles, equipment and personal protection devices. Contractor will be in charge of any subcontractors used to perform its duties under this contract.
