Projects may include incidental design, testing, studies, surveys, and abatement for lead-based paint (LBP) or asbestos containing materials (ACM). Projects may need to be developed from a conceptual idea. Facility repairs, renovations, and construction. The services covered by this contract are for real property repair and construction. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
