The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Strategic Integrator services for the Soldier Support Institute (SSI) at Fort Jackson, SC. This will be a non-personal services contract to provide GFEBS sustainment training integration and strategic plans that address the US Army Learning Model (ALM) which is contained within TRADOC Pam 525-8-2, US Army Learning Concept 2015, (ALC 2015). A basic description of services is as follows: contractor shall provide to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, facilities, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform training and strategic concepts and integration thereof and other similar duties in support of the United States Army Soldier Support Institute (SSI) and the United States Army Financial Management Command’s (USAFMCOM) training missions to include multi-functional capability (i.e., Finance and Comptroller (FC) subject matter expertise) and as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The period of performance will be 26 Sep 2020 to 25 Sep 2023, resulting in a one (1) year base and two (2) year option periods. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611710, Educational Support Services with a size standard of $15M.
