The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure support services for Post Wide Rigging on Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The contractor will be required to perform semiannual inspections on various obstacle and confidence courses that include the following: visual inspections, drop and load test, remove, replace/install, repair, and maintain items to "Standard" on Fort Jackson, South Carolina to prescribed standard IAW TRADOC Pam 350-1, Engineer Drawing DEF 028-13-95, Obstacle Course Layout Plan, FM 21-20, and TRADOC Regulation 350-6. Solicitation W9124C-19-R-0008 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2024, resulting in a five year ordering period. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $15M. This procurement will be competitively procured as a total small business set-aside. The RFP will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 26 March 2019. Proposals will be due on or about 16 April 2019. A Site visit is tentatively scheduled for 5 April 2019 at 0900 4340 Magruder Ave, Fort Jackson, SC 29207.
