The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division has a new requirement to purchase and install CAC enabled Enterprise Physical Access Contract System (ePACS) and new Video Surveillance Systems that will provide expanded future functionality (alarm monitoring, ability to link to video system data, integrate into information data systems) and provides a needed upgrade to the existing components that will create greater security monitoring and add enhanced physical security protection for the personnel working at the law enforcement building 5483 located on Fort Jackson.
