This is a non-personnel services, SLA contract to provide phone and email support, required preventative maintenance, repairs, and or replacement of Security Cameras for the USAIRL Museum and Storage Bays located at BLDG 10100 Lee Rd and Headquarter and Headquarters Company (HHC) located at BLDG 3205 Magruder Ave. Fort Jackson, SC 29207. The contractor shall provide service, maintenance, repairs, and/or replacement for the camera systems equipment in in the USAIRL Museum, Storage Bays and HHC. The contractor shall provide next day onsite tech support to repair and replace failed equipment, if necessary. USAIRL will purchase any faulty equipment and the contractor will repair. The contractor shall provide 24 hour 7 days a week help desk line for technical issues and questions for the duration of this contract. The camera system must remain reliable, tamper, vandal, and environmental proof. Must continue to have the ability to view footage at any given time during a recording period of 120 days. The contractor shall provide a 3-year warranty on all newly installed/replaced equipment.
