The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Jackson, SC is issuing a presolicitation notice for Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services at Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Moncrief Army Health Clinic Fort Jackson, SC 29207 PROGRAM BACKGROUND The Moncrief Army Health Clinic is designated as the provider to acquire Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alrm System Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services. In accordance with these assignments, the MAHC provides the following: medical support services including general medical and optometry services. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm System Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing services in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). Further detail is provided in the draft attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated attachments. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 Security System Services (except Locksmiths) with a Small Business Size Standard of $22M. The Product Service Code is J063.
