Period of Performance 01 May 2026 - 30 April 2031. The purpose of this draft request for proposal is to solicit feedback from industry on the performance work statement and for industry to ask questions on the latrines and handwash stations requirement for the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, CA. Feedback and questions received will help inform the government’s acquisition strategy and source selection plan. It is anticipated this will be a competitive service-disabled veteran owned small business set aside solicitation.
