Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The National Training Center requires a 12-month lease for a turn-key, commercial portable solar generator to provide a reliable power source at Bicycle Lake Army Airfield at Fort Irwin, California. The leased unit must deliver a minimum of 10kW continuous power, include an integrated propane backup for 100% operational continuity, and be hardened for extreme desert conditions. The contractor is fully responsible for all maintenance, servicing, repairs, delivery, installation, and removal of the equipment. The period of performance is from 16 June 2026 to 15 June 2027.
