Prior to arrival, coordinate with Government Representative. The contractor shall deliver two (2) Felling Ft ? SLR Single Reel Trailer with 13,600 lbs. capacity. Trailer will contain a hydraulic take up/pay out assembly with direct connection to reel bar. The trailer will have a motor spooled w/reel brake for smooth instant reel stoppage, control valve with adjustable speed control for take-up/ pay out. The trailer will have a tensioning brake assembly with a 16? vented bronze disc. The trailer will have a hydraulic power pack with at least 13hp gas or diesel engine with electric start. The trailer will have electric brakes, rear pivoting hydraulic stabilizer frame jacks. The trailer will have a 3? adjustable lunette eye/pintle hitch.
