This system enables FM communications in support of rotational units and ensures the safety of Observer Coach/Trainers (OCTs) in the training area. The current TOCNET equipment has been in continuous operation since 2014 without a lifecycle or replacement support. The equipment's degradation has significantly impacted on the Operations Group’s ability to effectively command and control operations via FM communications, posing risks to mission execution and safety.
