The solicitation number has changed to W9124B-20-R-0001. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Irwin, California, has a requirement for Installation Support Services (ISS) for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) at Fort Irwin, CA. The Contractor will be required to provide non-personal support services for the following areas: Fort Irwin Garrison Organizations to include the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), and Directorate of Emergency Services. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released on or about 23 April 2020 with an estimated closing date of 26 May 2020. Award will be made using best-value, past performance and low price trade-off source selection procedures at FAR 15.101-1. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The solicitation and subsequent contract will be awarded for a Phase-In period of forty-five (45) to sixty (60) days, a ten (10) month Base period and four (4) one-year options, with the inclusion of FAR Clause 52.217-8, “Option to Extend Services”, for a period Not To Exceed (NTE) 6 months, for a potential period of performance of five (5) years, six (6) months. The requirement is being solicited under full and open competition.
