Amendment 0001 Description The purpose for this amendment 1 is as follows: 14.1 Extend the Proposal Due Date to 09 September 2022 by 12:00 pm Arizona Time 14.2 The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed w ith an electronic or PDF scanned signature by an official authorized to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknokledged by all Offerors in accordance w ith the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Repair Drainage at Site Maverick located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 07/29/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of aw ard. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee. Site Visit w ill be held 11 August 2022 at 09:00 am (Arizona Time) at the DOC Conference Room Questions are due by 18 August 2022, 12:00 pm (Arizona time).
