The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed w ith an electronic PDF scanned copy with the signature of an official authorized personnel to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknow ledged by all Offerors in accordance with the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation.
