This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w thin 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee.
