(End of Solicitation Amendment 0001) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Repair Roof Building 51301 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , will not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee.
