(End of Solicitation Amendment 0001) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Replace Chillers Building 81504 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 on solicitation will not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided within 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee.
