The Army Contracting Command Fort Huachuca Directorate of Contracting intends modify contract W9124A19C0002 with Facility Services Management , Inc of Clarksville, TN. on a sole source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C 23049(C)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 to increase the estimate amount of the Non-Recurring Individual Job Orders (IJO) CLINs on the contract from an estimated $5M per contract year to an estimated $10M per contract year for the second, third, and fourth option years and from $2.5M to $5M under FAR 52.217-8 “Option to Extend Services”. IJOs are defined as "A category of work request utilized for all maintenance, repair, minor construction and new work which exceeds the scope of a service order". Contract W9124A19C0002 was award on 22 January 2019 for the Operations and Maintenance of Real Property at Fort Huachuca Arizona in Support of the Directorate of Public Works. The contact is a one year base contract with four one year option periods. The contract incorporate CLINs XX05 for Non-Recurring Maintenance - Individual Job Orders (IJOs) with an estimated amount of $5M per contract years. The estimated amount has proven to be inadequate to support mission requirements. No solicitation will be issued and the Government is not requesting proposals. 2. This is not a "request for proposal (RFP)" to be submitted, does not constitute a solicitation, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than five (5) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
