NO SOLICITATION EXISTS This is a SOURCES SOUGHT (SS) NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government's requirements. ACC-APG Huachuca Division is issuing this SS Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns capable of providing for the shipment/storage of household goods services, and passenger travel at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code: 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving. Description/Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel and contractors holding Letters of Introduction and Authorization (LOIA's) for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). Work to be performed shall be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of V119 and NAICS Code of 484210 with a size standard of $27.5 Million. See Attached Defense Transportation Regulation Appendix G for the sample Statement of Work (SOW). SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this SS notice shall not exceed three (3) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the company's name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code 484210, business size/socio-economic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SS notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
