SITE VISIT: A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 July 2019 from 0800 to 1500 (Arizona Time) 1. The Site Visit will include visits to the locations listed in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). 2. All vendors needing access to the military installation enter through the Van Deman Gate of Fort Huachuca, located at the corner of State Highway 90 Bypass and State Highway 90. 3. Base Access: Fort Huachuca is not an open base. Contractors must pass Criminal Background Checks and be vetted prior to being allowed access. Passes are available at the Van Deman Gate. Attending the Site Visit IS MANDATORY. B. ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT: PLEASE NOTE: The number of attendees representing each vendor is limited to three representatives inclusive of subcontractors. 1. You are required to send an email to the two individuals listed below stating the company name, attendees' names, attendees' email addresses, and phone numbers by 0900, 02 July 2019. After a preliminary overview the group will travel to the location of the elevators. 3. The conference room is located as follows: MURR Community Center Bldg. 51301 Cushing Street Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613 4. Enter Fort Huachuca at Van Deman Gate. Continue down Hatfield to Winans Street. This route will take you straight through the light at Arizona Street. After going straight through the 4 way light at Hatfield and Arizona Street continue for approximately ¼ mile and turn right onto Winans Street. Continue on Winans Street to Coronado then turn right on Coronado then left to parking lot for MURR Community Center. The facility will be available for additional inspection of the elevators on 10 July 2019 and 11 July 2019 from 0800 - 1500. Government escorts will be required. Information on escorts for the 10th and 11th will be provided on 9 July 2019. 7. Pictures/Video: Picture taking and video are NOT authorized at any time!!! Pictures of the elevator and machine rooms will be provided by the Government. Any further instructions and notifications will be announced under W9124A-19-R-0012 in FedBizOps.
