Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Gordon Georgia This requirement is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Fort Gordon, GA and Lake Thurmond, GA. w ith a 12-month base performance period, and four (4)12-month option periods. Task/Job Orders w ill be individually funded. This is a 100% HubZone Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, w ith a size $39,500,000.00. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to complete each task order placed against this Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity/Indef inite Delivery contract in accordance w ith the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract, each specific Scope of Work and the specifications referenced w ithin.
