This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation notice, the Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Gordon, GA intends to solicit Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for Consumable Laboratory supplies, including kits, reagents, and consumable supplies for forensic instruments under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The BPA is being solicited to all interested vendors on an unrestricted basis. The small business size standard for this industry is 750 employees. The contractor shall provide Consumable Laboratory supplies, including kits, reagents, and consumable supplies for forensic instruments to the Defense Forensic Science Center on Ft. Gillem, GA. ALL vendors interested in providing the requirements shall submit the required information included in this combined synopsis and solicitation. As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
